I'm Sarah and I’m the founding director of EMR and provide world-class coaching and skills development for Senior Leaders, Leadership Teams and Business owners who are serious about success.

 

 My passion lies in developing the leaders of today to create psychologically safe and inspiring environments of tomorrow, where everyone can achieve and thrive.

 

I provide a powerful combination of mindset, confidence, emotional intelligence and leadership and professional skills development. 

 

This is what leads to my clients having the 'edge' in all that they do now and in the future.

A little more detail...

 

Locations:

 

I coach both individuals and teams remotely and face to face depending on location. Working globally with a focus on the UK, Europe and the USA supported by a team of exceptional coaches and trainers who work with EMR Consulting on an associate basis.

 

Specialisations:

 

I specialise in developing the 'right level' of confidence, emotional intelligence and leadership skills with C & D suite leaders, emerging senior leaders, and leadership teams. I also work with individuals who want to set up their own businesses, leave a toxic role and find new roles for those returning to work after time out.

My advice:
