What’s the best way to communicate virtually?

I have been on a quest to learn from the greatest minds and have come to this conclusion:

1. Be authentic. Do it the way that makes you comfortable.

2. Listen - really listen.

3. Show that you care - really care.

4. Use whatever 'tools' you would normally use.

The most important part of any communication is trust. If we are not being authentic because we are uncomfortable, it will come across to others and make them feel uncomfortable. This impacts on trust and inevitably makes the communication much harder.

You can't do what's right for others if you are uncomfortable in the 1st place.

JUST BE THE VERY BEST VERSION OF YOU.....and you will be brilliant!
